Crocs Mexico Purchase-Sale Agreement

 

Entre Comercio Excellent Norte Sur, Variable Capital Limited Company with address at LAFONTAINE No. 95, COLONIA POLANCO CHAPULTEPEC, MAYOR MIGUEL HIDALGO, MEXICO CITY, C.P. 11560, MEXICO, hereinafter the "Seller", and the customer hereinafter the "Buyer", this footwear purchase and sale contract is entered into under the following clauses:

Clause 1: Object of the Contract
The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase the products selected within the website, with the characteristics described within the same site.

Clause 2: Price and Payment Method
The agreed price for the footwear will be payable in full at the time of product selection. The Buyer agrees to make the payment by credit or debit card that follows the guidelines established to process the payment.

Clause 3: Delivery of the product
The Seller undertakes to deliver the selected products to the Buyer's address, which the Buyer provided on the website, with a period of 2 to 6 days if it is within Mexico City, otherwise, it will be in a period of 6 to 12 days, considering that the parcel service does not operate on Saturdays and Sundays.

Clause 4: Footwear conditions
The Seller guarantees that the product object of this sale is in good condition and free of defects that affect its operation or appearance. The Buyer will have a period of 24 hours from delivery to make claims for defects or damages.

Clause 5: Guarantee
The seller grants replacement of the product or a cash refund for the total cost of the product, only if it was delivered with any defect or damage that affects its operation or durability.

Clause 6: Responsibilities and Expenses
Each party will assume the expenses and responsibilities derived from the fulfillment of this contract until the moment of delivery of the products.
